Coaching and Helping Others to Find Healing

Our work  as counsellors has changed.  The global climate has changed along with the obvious effects in our thoughts, and our beliefs about ourselves, our work and our ability to move effectively through the world.  We all know intuitively that something is changing on a deep level and we are in the midst of it.  We just don’t know how to define it as it isn’t within our ‘point of reference’ of how we defined life in the past.

 

In coaching our language has changed, instead of counselling/therapy we are now including mindfulness and energy treatments and working on the four-level approach to healing rather than just the mental level.  We now include the subject of energy from a quantum perspective.

 

We now understand from today’s science that our physical ‘reality’ is formed on an energetic level long  before it appears before us in ways we can see it, touch it and engage with it and that includes the ‘self’ in each of us.  At much deeper levels of our own being, energy plays a part in shaping who we are, who we become and how we design and engage our lives.  Life isn’t just about conditioning from the past, as much as through transforming energy and using it in a creative way to manifest our needs in the present.

 

Counselling in the past included the way we saw life in the old energy.  However, now we have to talk about coaching in the new energy which is different than before. 

 

As some continue to work on counselling using the old beliefs, they find they are no longer valid.  What may be true at one level of ‘reality’ (i.e. the physical world) may no longer be true at another level of ‘reality’ (i.e. in the energetic world).

 

The physical work is far less malleable than the energetic world.  Attempting to create shifts of any kind at the denser levels of physical mass will always require more effort, more struggle and more time, since the requirement is to undo the density (of our thoughts and beliefs) that exists before being able to re-form that density into something different. (i.e. in a ‘therapy’ model context, we need to know and understand how it got that way before we can make it different).  Energy, on the other hand, can be moved, reshaped, transformed far more easily given its properties of being without physical form and having no mass in a physical reality.  Change, at this level of ‘reality’ is effortless, free of struggle and can happen in the blink of an eye.  Given that energy shapes matter, transformation then becomes a process of shifts in energy that redefine matter.  Change the energetic framework within where matter exists, and matter changes to reflect the new framework.  An example of this would be in order to lose weight we need to work with the energy of our thoughts and emotions before we can release the weight.  In the past we always thought that if we eat less food (mass) we could change the weight (mass).  Which is true to a point, but we now know that we need to change our thoughts and emotions on an energetic level and then the body is ready to release the mass also.  The antipose tissue holds the charge of our blocked emotions.  When the blocked emotions are released, the antipose tissue  is no longer needed to hold the charge. Change always happens first on an energetic level before the physical level.

 

To change our language from counselling/therapy/psychoanalysis to coaching is not enough to make the difference that so many desperately seek.  We must also change our thoughts — our own energetic frameworks for how we define what we are and how to engage ourselves with each other. 

 

Human beings are quantum biological processors, with the unique quality of ‘self’ emerging through this quantum biological processor and expressing in a physical world.  We take in energy, we process it and let it go.  We take in a thought, we figure out what to do with it and create an action to process it and let it go.  Energy in – Energy out.

 

The new science teaches us that we are much more than we ever thought we were as human beings.  We realize that we are the signal – the life force ( Soul which is a spark of God’s energy) - that flows through the quantum biological processor of the body, allowing expression in the physical world, we also recognize that all disease, all ‘dysfunction’, all challenges of body, mind and behaviour are one thing:  energy information.  This information carries the intelligence that we require to transform ourselves, our lives and each other, to make way for creation of a very different world.  When we become willing to trust, we are able to create miracles quickly, effortlessly and profoundly as we become more of who we are destined to become.

 

We must become willing to reconsider and redefine what we are as human beings; and reconsider how to engage the inner truths that are trying to get our attention.  As a counsellor/therapist/coach with any experience already knows; we can offer insights, we can invite and instruct and comfort and persuade and in doing so, notice differences.  However, we also know that until our clients experiences a change in consciousness by letting go of elements of their past and takes back the power in their lives – until they find  a place inside themselves to stand and from which to redefine their lives – it is only a matter of time until the same pattern reappears.  I always say healing is a different process than just talking about their problems.  Healing means that the client has to ‘own’ the process and engage it on four levels in order to make it experiential.  In other words, it has to be a “felt” process through the heart rather than just a ‘cognitive experience’ through the brain.  It has to involve into the higher emotions of unconditional love for self, compassion, respect and forgiveness, which are the higher emotions of the Soul.
